Vision

We see brothers in the far east (brife.org) as the premiere, action-oriented organization in the Tokyo/Kanto area which functions as the "go-to" community where brothers connect and integrate with other brothers and develop their strongest sense of belonging. 

We visualize brothers in the far east (brife.org) as a group that complements and lives in harmony with other black themed/afro descent organizations within Japan and empowers and provides them support as needed.

Our BHAG (Big, Hairy Audacious Goal) for brothers in the far east (brife.org) is to reach out to each and every brother within the Tokyo/Kanto region and see our community grow 2X within the first year (2023), 10x within 3 years (2026), 50X within 5 years (2028), and 100X within 10 years (2033).
